We’re driven by purpose and powered by people. As our Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with executive leadership to ensure the day-to-day operations are running efficiently, compliantly, and aligned with our long-term goals.
What you’ll do
The Operations Manager will support the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in overseeing the organisation’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities. This role will contribute to streamlining processes, enhancing governance, and managing compliance to ensure operational effectiveness across Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Australia.
What you’ll bring
We are seeking motivated and committed people with:
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities and within the not-for-profit sector.
Tertiary qualifications in health and/or relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated relevant experience developing and implementing strategies that produce tangible and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to work under pressure.
