As we grow, so does our impact. Join the next phase of our journey.

At the Coalition of Peaks, we’re driving one of the most ambitious efforts this country has seen - a shared commitment between all governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representatives to close the gap in life outcomes.

Our work is built on a landmark agreement – the National Agreement on Closing the Gap – led by Pat Turner AM, the Lead Convenor of the Coalition of Peaks, which puts Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people at the heart of policy and decision-making.

Now, as our impact grows, so too must our team. With real excitement, we’re looking for passionate, highly skilled people who want to work on the edge of transformation – and contribute to lasting, community-led change.

From health and justice to early childhood and economic development, the Coalition of Peaks is shifting how governments work with our communities. The work we do is high-level, systemic reform grounded in deep cultural strength and lived experience.
